Ca L’Estevet has been a permanent part of the city’s fabric since 1890. Today, the 4th and 5th generations of the family take charge, being heirs to a way of understanding a Catalan cuisine restaurant in the center of Barcelona.
Our kitchen is and will be a traditional, respecting the traditional recipes, ingredients, and seasonal produce: spinach, escalivats, anchovies, cannelloni, snails, cod, capipota, fricandó, brains, and more; market dishes (we have suppliers at La Boqueria and Sant Antoni), Lenten specialties, and those highlighted throughout the year are our references.
