HIST\u00d2RIES ESCAMOTEJADES DELS 80"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-5161\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.restaurantestevet.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/ELS_80_macba.jpg?resize=770%2C315&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"els_80_macba\" width=\"770\" height=\"315\" \/>El 22 d\u2019agost de 1979, l\u2019editorial del diari\u00a0<em>El Pa\u00eds<\/em>\u00a0titulat \u00abLa reforma, la ruptura i els s\u00edmbols\u00bb reflexionava sobre els primers anys despr\u00e9s de la dictadura i el tr\u00e0nsit \u00abpac\u00edfic i gradual\u00bb cap a una monarquia parlament\u00e0ria, condu\u00eft per \u00abpol\u00edtics professionals de l\u2019anterior sistema, que van adquirir les seves destreses i capacitats servint pragm\u00e0ticament un poder que negava, en la teoria i en la pr\u00e0ctica, les llibertats i drets de la nostra actual democr\u00e0cia constitucional\u00bb. Sobre el preu \u00abmoral i pecuniari\u00bb que aquest proc\u00e9s va haver de pagar, la carcassa institucional damunt la qual es va sustentar encara cueja i encara avui dia \u00e9s dif\u00edcil, fins i tot molest en alguns sectors, reivindicar el dret a la restituci\u00f3 de la mem\u00f2ria hist\u00f2rica i fins i tot parlar dels costos i els problemes que va plantejar al pa\u00eds la transici\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p><strong>El relat oficial dels anys vuitanta va advocar per una instauraci\u00f3 de la democr\u00e0cia que prioritzava la necessitat per damunt de la ra\u00f3, i que va consolidar una mirada que privilegiava el futur abans que l\u2019an\u00e0lisi del passat recent<\/strong>. La construcci\u00f3 oficial del pa\u00eds va obviar precisament qualsevol consideraci\u00f3 cr\u00edtica sobre aquesta filiaci\u00f3 amb el poder franquista i es va projectar m\u00e9s en l\u2019oblit i la desmem\u00f2ria. Els partits pol\u00edtics van utilitzar la cultura com una forma de mediaci\u00f3 de gran potencial. La cultura entesa com a acte celebratori, festiu, que trobaria els millors exemples en la\u00a0<em>movida<\/em>\u00a0madrilenya i la gallega, no era sin\u00f3 una forma instrumentalitzada que oferia la imatge d\u2019un pa\u00eds amb una joventut activa, din\u00e0mica, a la moda; d\u2019un pa\u00eds que havia superat una etapa grisa i que mirava el futur amb propostes creatives, amb una aparent energia renovadora. Es va estructurar una narrativa oficial amb aires de circ medi\u00e0tic. Si fins aleshores el pa\u00eds s\u2019havia caracteritzat per la manca d\u2019institucions culturals que promoguessin l\u2019art i la creaci\u00f3 contempor\u00e0nia, ara s\u2019intentava compensar aquest buit a trav\u00e9s de beques per a la creaci\u00f3, espais per a l\u2019art jove, un equipament de gran envergadura com el MNCARS, la creaci\u00f3 de la fira d\u2019art ARCO, festivals i tota mena d\u2019esdeveniments. A Barcelona, aquest moment va prefigurar la transformaci\u00f3 urban\u00edstica de la ciutat a partir de la seva proclamaci\u00f3 com a seu dels Jocs Ol\u00edmpics de 1992, i es va recuperar la idea de crear el museu d\u2019art contemporani amb la constituci\u00f3 del Consorci format per l&#8217;Ajuntament, la Generalitat i la Fundaci\u00f3 MACBA.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Aquest projecte s\u2019articula entre 1977 i 1992 i aborda una s\u00e8rie d\u2019esdeveniments hist\u00f2rics d\u2019ordre social i pol\u00edtic, alhora que presenta el treball d\u2019alguns grups, activistes culturals i artistes que dissenteixen d\u2019aquests corrents generalitzats i que entronquen amb unes actituds que, a la d\u00e8cada anterior, havien constitu\u00eft les l\u00ednies de refutaci\u00f3, ironia i q\u00fcestionament pol\u00edtic<\/strong>. Si als anys setanta l\u2019<em>underground<\/em>\u00a0s\u2019havia mogut en els marges de la clandestinitat i la censura, als vuitanta l\u2019escena\u00a0<em>underground<\/em>\u00a0es mou en la reformulaci\u00f3 cr\u00edtica de les pr\u00f2pies pr\u00e0ctiques culturals. A trav\u00e9s de publicacions, revistes, c\u00f2mics, exercicis antiart\u00edstics, etc., posen un accent \u00e0cid a la imatge de regeneraci\u00f3 democr\u00e0tica del pa\u00eds, q\u00fcestionen la voluntat dels partits pol\u00edtics de \u00abpassar p\u00e0gina\u00bb i oblidar el per\u00edode anterior a la dictadura, sense el necessari proc\u00e9s d\u2019an\u00e0lisi de les responsabilitats pol\u00edtiques i les conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncies socials.<\/p>\n<p>El projecte pret\u00e9n recuperar l\u2019experi\u00e8ncia i la mem\u00f2ria d\u2019aquest per\u00edode, des de la perspectiva del context actual, a partir d\u2019alguns dels relats possibles: \u00abLa mem\u00f2ria oblidada\u00bb, sobre l\u2019antihist\u00f2ria, la contrainformaci\u00f3 i l\u2019oblit del passat recent; \u00abEls angles cecs\u00bb, dels grups aut\u00f2noms a la institucionalitzaci\u00f3 democr\u00e0tica; \u00abDe la granota blava al coll blanc\u00bb, de la desarticulaci\u00f3 dels moviments obrers a la reconversi\u00f3 industrial; \u00abAl barri dels meus somnis\u00bb, des de l\u2019urbanisme ferotge fins als grans esdeveniments de celebraci\u00f3; \u00abEls bells ven\u00e7uts\u00bb, sobre la droga com a opci\u00f3 personal i les estrat\u00e8gies de desactivaci\u00f3 per part del poder; \u00abLes lletres arravatades\u00bb, la contracultura versus la instituci\u00f3 art; \u00abL\u2019estat gas\u00f3s\u00bb, sobre l\u2019escapisme com a arma, el m\u00f3n imaginat.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019exposici\u00f3 presenta films, documentals, programes de televisi\u00f3, revistes d\u2019opini\u00f3, c\u00f2mics, fanzines i treballs art\u00edstics, entre d\u2019altres, entrecreuant l\u2019est\u00e8tica, la pol\u00edtica i el contingut social, per intentar aproximar-se a alguns dels relats d\u2019un moment fascinant de la nostra hist\u00f2ria recent i la nostra pr\u00f2pia actualitat.
